Purpose and Scope
The position supports the Human Capital Office by performing general office and/or clerical services and assists management with simple, routine or repetitive general or clerical tasks.
Essential Job Functions
1.Provides general office and clerical support for the Human Capital Office.2.Performs basic filing, mail pickup, distribution and telephone coverage.3.Identifies issues or problems and seek assistance from higher level personnel or management.4. Performs related responsibilities as required or directed.
High School degree or equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of the functions of the school division and its operating procedures;
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships;
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities;
Ability to operate a computer and use appropriate software applications and peripheral office equipment;
Demonstrated proficiency in business English, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
