Works under the general direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Schools and Leadership to manage, develop, and provide support to a team of instructional coaches and serves as liaison between the Director and Professional Learning Coaches (PLC). Facilitates and designs PLC team meetings and professional development. Also serves to build the capacity of other Professional Learning Coaches district-wide.
Graduation form an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration or related field; Plus four (4) years of related teaching experience totaling eight (8) years. Masters’ degree preferred. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED).
Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience. Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
