Assists in the analysis, installation, testing, implementation and management of District Point of Service (POS), inventory management systems and Central Office operation support and the network application infrastructure. The position is responsible for assisting as a team member with food services network and technical design and implementation projects, providing on-site technical support and training of customers, performing system maintenance and upgrades, and performing related work as assigned. The position works under general supervision independently developing work methods and sequences.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or other related field plus an additional 2 years related experience, or equivalent, for a total education/experience of 6 years. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED).
Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience. Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
