The primary focus is to assist in an accelerated learning environment, helping students boost their readiness for college, careers, and community engagement through a summer leadership program. Graduated from an accredited college or university with Bachelor's degree. Valid Tennessee professional teacher's license. Minimum of two (2) years of successful classroom experience. Governed by the Rules and Regulations of the Tennessee Code Annotated and the collective bargaining agreement.

Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
