The Planning and Analysis Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with USDA Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) regulations by applying advanced analytical and data management skills. This position serves Nutrition Services by providing strategic insights, performance metrics, and recommendations to guide decision-making and improve program application outcomes. The Analyst will lead efforts in data validation, compliance audits, and process optimization across Nutrition Services.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or a related field, Plus, three (3) years of progressive experience in data analysis, compliance auditing, or federal program administration, preferably in a K-12 or nutrition services environment; OR, an equivalent combination of related education and experience that totals seven (7) years. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED).
Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience. Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
