SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The incumbent delivers at a high level of competency in federal grants programs in compliance with local, state and federal requirements, working on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly innovative and ingenious, achieving quality and work process improvement.
1.Provides leadership and a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness, and competency in Federal Programs as is viewed as expert within the field.
2.Works collaboratively with other professionals, and management to achieve a system-wide result. May lead a team in the effort.
3.Deals with unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly innovative and ingenious, achieving quality and work process improvements.
4. Ensures that the workgroups goals and activities are in synch with and support the broader goals and objectives of the organization; and that the execution of responsibilities is in accordance to lawful and ethical standards.
5. Directs the preparation and maintenance of a variety of narrative and statistical reports, records, correspondence, and files related to assigned service, activities, and operations; provides for appropriate research and compiles reports, as needed.
6. Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership or other relevant area, plus an additional 5 years related experience, or equivalent, for a total education/experience of 9 years. Requires a valid state driver's license. Requires Beginning Administrator License (BAL), Professional Administrator License (PAL) or administration/supervision or instructional supervisor endorsement.
