Supports an organization or department by performing secretarial and clerical services for the Student Information Management department regarding the maintenance of student records in accordance with District, state and federal policies and procedures. Assists management with administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information of interest.
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience in a related field for a total education/experience of 2 years. Certified in Microsoft Office and/or Administrative Professional (CAP) preferred. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED).
Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience. Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
