The incumbent delivers at a high level of competency in financial analysis and Academic Operations and School Support. A primarily function is to assist the Compliance Manager of Academic Operations and School Support in and performs financial and compliance audits within the school district. Assist in monitoring the school based business function of the district and reporting all material finding and preparing appropriate recommendations for corrective actions. Review, assess and recommend changes in financial systems and controls with school based issues. Study, inspect and assess, budgets, balance sheets and other related financial statements and records. Review and recommend changes in internal audit controls. The incumbent assesses and performs analysis on data, and prepares data to facilitate the Academic Operations and School Support functions of the organization. Assesses and performs analysis on data, and prepares data to facilitate financial information within the facility function. Responsibilities require understanding of both theory and practice.
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources or Technology and 4 years related experience, or equivalent, for a total education/experience of 8 years.
Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree=6 years plus required years of experience.
