The position of Data Analyst – Hearing Office operates with a high level of expertise within the Hearing Office in the Attendance and Discipline Department, focusing on student discipline data. The incumbent is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting discipline-related data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data analytics principles, educational discipline frameworks, and the practical application of data to inform policy, interventions, and performance outcomes.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field PLUS an additional three (3) years of related experience; for a total education/experience of seven (7) years. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED).
Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience. Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
