The position of Safety and Security Monitor Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing comprehensive campus security screening and safety operations to ensure a secure learning and working environment for students, staff, visitors, and the school community. This position provides managerial oversight of security personnel and screening processes during school hours and after-hours events, ensuring that all individuals entering school facilities are properly screened in accordance with district policies and safety protocols.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, Education Administration, Business Management or a related area plus an additional five (5) years related experience or equivalent for a total education/experience of nine (9) years. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED).
Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience. Where master’s degrees are required, years for bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
