SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Labor and Employee Rights Specialist is responsible for providing support for grievances, work-related compliance, and labor association support. In addition, the specialist prepares legal documentation and files as requested, as well as provides answers to general questions about the work of the office, status of grievances, ADA, and other investigations.
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Two (2) years of HR or related work experience required. PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree=2 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree= 1 year plus required years of experience.
