The purpose of the Manager of Organizational Quality role is to ensure that all children in the Charter school sector have an excellent education. The Manager, Organizational Quality on our Charter schools’ team is responsible for executing a strategic approach to performance management that ensures both operational and academic excellence in our charter schools’ sector and is responsible for the coaching/development of a team of people who manage academic, operational, and systems accountability. The Manager of Organizational Quality serves as a key advisor to the Director of Charter Schools.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a closely related field, Plus, five (5) years related experience in Education and Charter School experience specifically; OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience totaling nine (9) years. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED).
Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree=6 years plus required years of experience.
