SUMMARY DESCRIPTION   The essential function of the position within the organization is to perform Mechanical and Energy Management Controls (EMS) in support of the proper maintenance of District properties. The position is responsible for performing manual labor, maintaining equipment and tools, completing work orders in a timely manner with minimal service disruption, and maintaining accurate work records. The position works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
