Responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the employee connect team and systems management of personnel data & files by providing direction and expertise. Respond to employee questions regarding HR processes, benefits, recruitment, etc. Disseminate information to employees and supervisors regarding employee connect requests, personnel files and data requests.
