The Senior Advisor of Continuous Improvement (SACI) will be a part of the Office of Charter Schools team to brainstorm, adjust, and execute charter term processes, academic and operations processes, for the continuous success of individual charter schools and the charter school portfolio at large. The Senior Advisor for Continuous Improvement is responsible for using data, knowledge and skills, and practitioner experiences to develop a clear understanding of key processes, business issues, and operational challenges facing the charter school portfolio, as well as individual departments that support the work. This position will work closely with people from across the organization at various levels. This critical team member will ensure all members of the organization are consistently striving towards innovation and continuous improvement. The Senior Advisor of Continuous Improvement works directly with the Assistant Superintendent of Charter Schools.

The essential function of the position within the organization, under the supervision of a Supervising School Psychologist, is to participate in the facilitation of the Student Support Process by providing diagnostic, consultative, prevention, and intervention services on behalf of students in preparation for independent functioning as a school psychologist.
